PLAN TO TRAVEL FEE SCHEDULE

Planning a vacation involves much time. My work is based on years of personal and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and other travel industry suppliers to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Once I have presented options, you are free to shop wherever you like. If you choose to book on your own or book with another agency, the nonrefundable fee is retained as payment for services rendered.

Future fees are based on previous travel history with me and complexity of new travel request(s).

Fees are nonrefundable; paid in advance by personal check or credit card; and are not applied to booking total.

• Domestic airline reservation - $35.00 per booking
• Hotel only reservation – domestic or international - $35.00 per booking
• Rental car only reservation – domestic or international - $35.00 per booking

• International airline reservation - $75.00 per booking
• Amtrak/Canadian VIA rail/International rail/rail passes reservation/ticketing - $75.00 per booking

• Tour packages/Ocean cruises/River cruises - $100.00 - maximum of 3 quotes; additional quotes $10.00 each

• Domestic 'build your own' customized itinerary - start at $150.00 per booking based on complexity of request

• International 'build your own' customized itinerary - start at $250.00 per booking based on complexity of request

I do not service B&B/condo/VRBO/villa/vacation home rentals or 'beach/shore' vacations within the United States.
