AGENCY FEE SCHEDULE

Planning a vacation takes considerable time, research, and attention to detail. My services are built upon years of personal travel experience and more than 35 years of professional expertise in the travel industry.

I carefully research cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, transportation, and other travel suppliers to create vacation options tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. I also work directly with trusted suppliers to coordinate the details necessary to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Once I have presented your customized travel options, you are welcome to book wherever you choose. If you decide to book independently or through another agency, the nonrefundable planning fee will be retained as payment for professional services rendered.

Planning fees for future vacations may be reduced or waived based on previous travel bookings made through me.

Fees are nonrefundable; paid in advance by credit card; and are not applied to booking total.

• Domestic airline reservation - $35.00 per booking
• Hotel only reservation – domestic or international - $25.00 per booking
• Rental car only reservation – domestic or international - $25.00 per booking

• International airline reservation - $50.00 per booking
• Amtrak/Canadian VIA rail/International rail/rail passes reservation/ticketing - $50.00 per booking

• Tour packages/Ocean cruises/River cruises - $50.00 - maximum of 3 quotes; additional quotes $10.00 each

• Domestic 'build your own' customized itinerary - starting at $150.00 per booking based on complexity of request

• International 'build your own' customized itinerary - starting at $250.00 per booking based on complexity of request

I do not service B&B/condo/VRBO/villa/vacation home rentals worldwide nor 'beach/shore' vacations within the United States.
